Every exceptional lighting project begins with a discussion. We'll come to your location to evaluate your area, grasp your vision, and guide you through your choices. After that, we'll create a comprehensive quote customized for your home or business—without any pressure or unexpected costs. You'll have a clear understanding of what you'll receive and the price involved.
Installation
Once you've accepted your quote, we handle everything from there. We'll place the order for your lighting system, coordinate a convenient installation day, and show up ready to work. Our team installs with care and leaves your property exactly as we found it. Before we go, we'll make sure your lights are synced and running through the app, and we'll walk you through how to get the most out of your new system.
Maintenance
We stand behind our work long after installation day. Maintenance packages are available for up to 20 years from your install date, giving you peace of mind that your system will be looked after for the long haul. We also offer maintenance services for existing Illumidel Lighting systems, even if we didn't do the original install.
When something needs attention, we'll come out to assess the issue in person. If a repair is needed and you're not covered under a maintenance package, we'll provide a clear repair quote before any work begins. Products that fall under the manufacturer's warranty can be replaced at no charge and for anything beyond that, repair fees will be communicated upfront so there are never any surprises.
